Buffalo Chicken Dip
A creamy, spicy, and cheesy buffalo chicken dip that's perfect for game days or parties. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
Stir in 0.5 cup of the cheddar cheese and all of the Monterey Jack cheese.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well).
Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. The cheese should be melted and lightly browned.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For an extra spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also add crumbled blue cheese for a more traditional buffalo flavor.
