Buffalo Chicken Dip

A creamy, spicy, and cheesy buffalo chicken dip that's perfect for game days or parties. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in 0.5 cup of the cheddar cheese and all of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well).
  • Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. The cheese should be melted and lightly browned.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For an extra spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also add crumbled blue cheese for a more traditional buffalo flavor.
