Preparation Steps
Set up the breading station by mixing cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Dip each chicken piece in the eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat with the cornstarch mixture.
Heat the canola oil in a deep skillet until it reaches 350°F. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Drain the chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
For the buffalo sauce, combine the spicy buffalo sauce, melted butter, and minced onion in a bowl.
