Deliciously decadent brownie truffles, perfect for a sweet treat!

  • 1 batch brownies cooled and crumbled
  • 0.125 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips semisweet
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • optional toppings sprinkles, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, melted chocolate

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the crumbled brownies and softened cream cheese.
  • Mix until well combined. The mixture should be moist enough to form balls.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
  • Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the brownie mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Decorate with your favorite optional toppings before serving.

Notes

These brownie truffles are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
