Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the crumbled brownies and softened cream cheese.
Mix until well combined. The mixture should be moist enough to form balls.
Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the brownie mixture until evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Decorate with your favorite optional toppings before serving.
Notes
These brownie truffles are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
