- 1 cup water
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth and well combined.
- Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the batter. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over the chilled dip.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
Notes
Serve chilled with graham crackers, fruit, or cookies for dipping.
