Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the peeled and sliced carrots with brown sugar, honey, butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
