Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, mixing well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
