Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies

Delicious, soft cookies packed with blueberries and white chocolate chips, perfect for a sweet treat.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, mixing well.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
