Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a second bowl.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until combined, then gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide batter among the cups and bake 20 to 22 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
