Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
Roll the dough into a log, then cut lengthwise. Twist the halves and place in the loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute half of the sugar with brown sugar.
