This Cajun-inspired dish features perfectly seasoned chicken breasts paired with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce. Simple yet satisfying, it’s perfect for any weeknight dinner!
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
