Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine blackberries and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and the remaining sugar. Stir in milk until smooth.
Pour melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour batter over butter, without stirring.
Spoon blackberries gently over batter. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
This cobbler can be served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
