Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or liners.
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let cool.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.
Gently fold the Bisquick baking mix into the mixture until just combined.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the tin briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm.
