  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix original or gluten-free

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or liners.
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.
  • Gently fold the Bisquick baking mix into the mixture until just combined.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the tin briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm.
