Berry Oatmeal Crumble Bars: Sweet and Tart Delight
These delicious Berry Oatmeal Crumble Bars combine a buttery oatmeal crust with a sweet, tart berry filling, making them an irresistible snack or dessert!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture forms a crumbly texture.
Press half of the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, toss the mixed berries with lemon juice and cornstarch. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top of the berries.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before slicing and serving.
