Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Bring to a simmer.
Add cooked egg noodles and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or vegetables.
