Beef Noodle Bake

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Diced onion
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
  • Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cooked egg noodles and stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or vegetables.
