Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook until translucent. Add beef and cook, breaking it up as you go. Once beef is cooked, add Nachos Seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spread half the corn chips in a single layer on a baking tray. Drizzle with about 1 cup of Nachos Cheese Sauce, top with half of the beef mixture and half the grated cheese.
Repeat layering with remaining chips, cheese sauce, beef, and cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately garnished with sliced scallions or shallots, alongside guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
