  • 1.5 lbs ground beef lean
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups cooked pasta such as elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and sour cream, mixing well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
