Beef Liver and Onions
This classic beef liver recipe features tender liver and sweet onions cooked to perfection.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Coat the liver slices in flour and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent.
Remove onions and set aside. Increase heat and add liver to the skillet.
Cook liver for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
Return onions to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or over a bed of rice for a complete meal.
