Instructions
Preparation Steps
Gather all ingredients. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and shred the cheese.
Cook gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions to the beef. Sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
In the same skillet, combine beef stock, bouillon, tamari, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and stir in the cream and cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens. Add in the shredded cheese and cook until melted.
Toss in cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated. Serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cheese and half-and-half. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
