Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a food processor or blender, combine the drained black beans, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips, vegetables, or as a topping for nachos.
