Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken, covering evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks.
In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the pineapple salsa.
Place shredded chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with shredded mozzarella and a scoop of pineapple salsa.
Cover with the top half of the slider buns and serve immediately.
Notes
Add extra jalapenos to the salsa for a spicy kick!
