Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
Fill donut pan about ¾ full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These donuts are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
