Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pat turkey wings dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rub turkey wings with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Place turkey wings in a large baking dish. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the dish.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
