Baked Shrimp

Tender, flavorful shrimp baked with garlic, butter, and herbs for a quick and delicious seafood dish.

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the shrimp to maintain tenderness.
