Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season both sides with salt, pepper, dill, and thyme.
Top each fillet with lemon slices and minced garlic.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
