Delicious and easy baked chicken meatballs, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Serve with your favorite pasta or as appetizers.

  • 1.5 lb Ground Chicken Lean ground chicken is best
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
