  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup 0.24 L Caesar dressing (use your favorite brand)
  • ½ cup 0.12 lb grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup 0.06 lb panko or breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

Step 3: Mix the Caesar Topping

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 4: Spread the Topping Over the Chicken

  • Spread the Caesar dressing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure each piece is well coated.

Step 5: Add Breadcrumbs (Optional)

  • If desired, sprinkle panko or breadcrumbs over the top of the chicken for a crispy texture.

Step 6: Bake the Chicken

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If you added breadcrumbs, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end of cooking to make the top extra crispy.

Step 7: Garnish and Serve

  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
