Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Stuff each date with about 0.33 oz of goat cheese.
Wrap each date with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These are best served warm. You can prepare them ahead of time and bake them just before serving.
