Avocado Tuna Salad

A refreshing and healthy avocado tuna salad that's perfect for a quick lunch or snack.

  • 1 large avocado ripe, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup baby spinach washed
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tuna, and baby spinach.
  • Add the red onion and lime juice, and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include a pinch of salt and pepper, or a few dashes of hot sauce.
