  • 1 ripe mango Mango
  • 0.25 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Dice the avocado and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  • In a bowl, combine the avocado, mango, red onion, and cilantro.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the dressing. You can also add other ingredients like bell peppers or jicama for extra flavor and texture.
