Antipasto Cheese Log

A delicious and easy-to-make antipasto cheese log, perfect for parties or a special occasion.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz softened butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
  • Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of plastic wrap.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

This cheese log can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
