Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is typically 130-135°F).
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a minute or two before serving.
