Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Use a fork or a potato masher to gently smash each potato.
Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For an extra crispy experience, extend the air fryer cooking time by 3-5 minutes.
