  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Use a fork or a potato masher to gently smash each potato.
  • Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy experience, extend the air fryer cooking time by 3-5 minutes.
