Quick and crispy air fryer potato chips that are a healthier alternative to deep-fried chips.

  • 2 large potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline.
  • Soak slices in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • Toss slices in olive oil and salt.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 360°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.

Adjust seasoning to taste and feel free to experiment with different spices.
