Preparation Steps
Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline.
Soak slices in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Toss slices in olive oil and salt.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 360°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
