Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat or silver skin.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and onion powder. Rub the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the pork tenderloin, then drizzle with olive oil and massage it into the meat.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket, ensuring it does not overlap. Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
