Preparation Steps
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Brush the pork chops lightly with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each chop.
Cook the pork chops at 375°F (190°C) for 12–16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the air fryer, let rest for 3–5 minutes, and optionally baste with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
