  • 1 pound ground turkey lean
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 ounces corn tortilla chips sturdy chips recommended
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1 cup salsa verde

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey with olive oil until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Layer half of the tortilla chips in the air fryer basket. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and turkey.
  • Repeat with another layer of chips and remaining turkey mixture and cheese.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa verde and serve.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or sour cream for additional flavor.
