Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
Dredge each mozzarella ball in flour, then eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, spray the mozzarella balls lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
