Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each pickle slice in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a side of ranch dressing or spicy aioli.
