Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Set up a breading station with three dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7-8 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For an extra crunch, double coat the chicken tenders.
