Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

These crispy and spicy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are perfect for a quick appetizer or snack.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Add a sprinkle of blue cheese if desired.
  • Fold the sides and roll up the wrappers tightly. Seal the edges with a dab of water.
  • Lightly spray the rolled egg rolls with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.

Notes

Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
