Equipment

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 measuring spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Add the chicken bites and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to coat the chicken in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Cook for an additional minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • For extra flavor, try adding grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
  • If you prefer a crispy texture, you can sear the chicken in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
