  • 4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp (30 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups (720 ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

For Assembling:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Seafood Filling

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and scallops, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is opaque. Gently fold in the crab meat and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

Spread 1/3 of the seafood mixture over the noodles, then pour 1/3 of the sauce over the seafood. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with a layer of sauce and a generous topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4: Bake

Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
