Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add Cheese: Mix in 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese, reserving ½ cup for topping.
