  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup (70g) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream

Directions

  1. Prepare the Noodles:
    Cook lasagna noodles in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface to cool.
  2. Make the Filling:
    In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Rolls:
    Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture onto each lasagna noodle. Add a layer of chopped apple pie filling on top, then roll each noodle tightly. Place the rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Make the Topping:
