- 1 teaspoon dried parsley, optional for serving
- Honey mustard, ketchup, or barbecue sauce, optional for dipping

How to Make Air Fryer Potatoes and Sausage
- Slice the baby potatoes in half and cut the onion into large chunks.
- Place the potatoes and onion in a gallon-size zip-top bag with the oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Seal and toss until evenly coated.
- Spray the basket of a 6-quart air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the coated potatoes and onion to the basket and air-fry at 400°F for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the potatoes cook, cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch slices.
- After the potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, add the sausage and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve with honey mustard, ketchup, or barbecue sauce if desired.
