Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Stir in the cream cheese and milk, and cook until smooth and thickened.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, corn, half the cheddar cheese, and prepared sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Melt the remaining butter and combine with crushed crackers and paprika. Spread evenly over the casserole.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
