  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground, or to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps to get the skin crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
