Noelle started Coconuts and Kettlebells in 2014 as a way to share recipes, nutrition articles, workouts, and mindset tips with her community. She’s a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, podcast host, author, and the Editor-in-Chief when it comes to all the content you see here. She likes to start conversations, initiate small shifts, and empower people to totally ditch the one-size-fits-all diet mentality that never works.
